Create an Account

Go to the Menu and hover over My IBiS
Click on Register/Login or click here: register
The Login window will open
click on register at the bottom left and follow the instructions

Submit an Abstract

You need an account on the website ibis2024.com to submit Abstracts
Login to your account
Go to My IBiS and select My Abstracts
A window with a dashboard will open
Here you see all your submitted Abstracts
To submit a new Abstract click on New Abstract
Follow the guidelines for Abstract submission
When you have filled all information press on the “submit” button at the top

If you have successfully submitted your Abstract you will be redirected to your Abstract dashboard and receive a notification about your submission

Every participant can submit 2 Abstracts, but you will only be appointed 1 oral and 1 poster presentation each.

Abstracts can be edited before a review by the convenors is performed

You can see all your Abstracts and their review status anytime under My Abstracts
