The conference will take place at The Earth and Life Institute of UCLouvain at Croix du Sud, 2, bâtiment de Serres, Tour B, étage 0.
Oral presentations will be in Salle Océan and breaks (coffee and lunch) will be served in Salle Savane.
The registration will be in front of Salle Savane, posters and the sponsor exhibition will be in Salle Savane together with the coffee and lunch breaks.

Oral presentation

All presenters should prepare a PowerPoint or pdf presentation.
Keynote speakers and Invited speakers should prepare a 30 minute presentation.
All other presenters should prepare a 15 minute presentation.

Please upload your presentation to the computer in the conference room (Salle Océan) latest in the break before your session.

Poster presentation

Poster walls will be available starting with the conference registration (29.05. 12:00), and Posters can be displayed during the entire meeting. Posters should be in portrait orientation and not exceed 841 x 1189 mm (more or updated information will be available on the website later).

Bachelor/Master/PhD students can participate in the Poster competition. Markers for the competition that can be attached to the Posters will be available at the conference site. A Poster award ceremony will be held at the end of the meeting. If you are unavailable at the end of the conference, you can appoint a colleague to receive the prize.

Virtual participation

All participants to join virtually have been contacted by email already. If you have not received an email please let us know via email to info@ibis2024.com . As stated in the email all virtual participants will be contacted again before the conference and receive a link to join.
